Priscilla Costello just released an Astrology book for beginners, titled "Practical Astrology." Priscilla is a teacher, writer, and counseling astrologers based in Toronto, Canada. For those of you who do not know Priscilla, she is currently serves on the advisory board of the National Council for Geocosmic research and is the founder and director of New Alexandria, a center for Spiritual and esoteric studies.
I highly recommend this book to those that are starting out in astrology or even for those that what to refresh themselves in the basic level. This book is beautifully done and very easy to understand. It covers astrology at the beginner's level from A to Z.
